Mark L. Meinberg is partner-in-charge of EisnerAmper’s Long Island Office and leads the Private Business Services Practice there. For three decades prior to joining the firm, Meinberg was the managing partner of a highly successful accounting firm on Long Island.

As a business advisor, Meinberg has helped many of his clients grow their businesses, and helped others reorganize and emerge stronger. He has particular expertise in real estate management, e-commerce, leisure and recreation, and staffing agencies.

Meinberg is a former NYSSCPA, vice president, executive committee member, and board of directors member. He is a past president of the Nassau Chapter of NYSSCPA where he also served as secretary, treasurer, vice president, president-elect and director.

He currently serves as a member of the board of Governors of the Accountants Club of America and is a former first vice president.

He formerly sat on the Business Advisory Council for Sterling National Bank in New York City and is a past member of the board of directors for the Institute of Management Accountants. Meinberg is also the founder and past chairman of the Regional Small-Size Managing Partners Forum.

He has discussed tax, fraud, and business turnaround topics on television and radio programs and has been quoted in Newsday, Long Island Business News and various professional publications. He was recently honored by UJA-Federation of New York as a Long Island Business and Professional Leader, and the Long Island Business News named him a New York ICON in 2017.
