The Art League of Long Island’s 58th Long Island Artists Exhibition showcases works created by visual artists living in the four counties that make up Long Island:  Suffolk, Nassau, Brooklyn, and Queens.

An exhibit of these works by up-and-coming, as well as more established artists, will be held in the Art League’s spacious Jeanie Tengelsen Gallery through March 21.

Exhibition jurors Elizabeth Denny, owner and Robert Dimin, director of the Denny Gallery on Broome Street in New York City selected 60 works out of 667 submitted for consideration to participate in this highly competitive exhibition.

Out of the 60 works selected to exhibit, Denny and Dimin singled out seven artists for awards of excellence and honorable mentions.
