NOTICE TO BIDDERS
The Board of Education of Great Neck Union Free School District of the Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and the districts listed below, (in accordance with Section 103 of Article 5-1 of the General Municipal Law) hereby invites the submission of sealed bids for:
FRESH PRODUCE
Glen Cove Union Free
School District
Great Neck Union Free School District
North Shore Central
School District
for use in the schools of the District. Bids will be received until 10:30 AM prevailing time on Friday, August 4, 2017, at the Purchasing Office, Phipps Administration Building, 345 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, New York 11020 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at the same office. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids, or to reject all bids, or to accept any bids which, in the opinion of the Board of Education, will be in the best interests of the School District. Any bid submitted will be binding for sixty (60) days subsequent to the date of bid opening.
