Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on May 1, 2017 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and/or tree removal at the following properties: 152 Wagon Road (Kim Kreinik, Section 7 Block 135 Lot 10), 55 Salem Road (So Young Lee, Section 7 Block 123 Lot 7), 54 Tara Drive (Arun Chandra, Section 19 Block 40 Lot 3), 415 Chestnut Drive (Jaclyn Miller, Section 7 Block 290 Lot 2), 168 Woodbine Road (Mr. and Mrs. Auri Weitz, Section 7 Block 109 Lots 6A&B,32A&B), 113 Revere Road (East Hills Realty Group, LLC, Section 7 Block 118 Lot 513), 35 Crabapple Drive (Adam Haber, Section 7 Block 263 Lot 1), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
