HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury at the Village Hall, 1 Store Hill Road, Old Westbury, NY at 7:00 PM on Monday, June 19, 2017 to consider the following proposed local law:
INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF OLD WESTBURY
INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW NO. 9 OF THE YEAR 2017
Creating Chapter 201, ‘Vehicles and Traffic’, Article VIII, ‘Applicability of Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations’, Section 201-51, of the Code of the Village of Old Westbury
At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will be heard.
