NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck will hold a Public Hearing on August 15, 2017 at the Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, New York 11023, at 7:30 p.m., to consider an application by Kol Israel Achim seeking: (1) amendment of a conditional use permit; (2) site plan approval; (3) parking waiver; and (4) architectural review in connection with an application for expansion of an existing synagogue at 429 Middle Neck Road in the Residence E Zoning District; said premises being further described as Section 1, Block 190, Lot 1 on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map. At the time and place above, all persons interested in speaking on this application will be given an opportunity to be heard.
Application materials are on file with the Village Building Department, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, and may be viewed during regular business hours.
Those persons planning to attend any meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck and who require special accommodations because of a disability are requested to notify the Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to the meeting.
