Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, duly entered on 2/14/2017, I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction, in the Calendar Control Part (CCP) Courtroom of the Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Dr., Mineola, NY 11501 on 7/18/2017 at 11:30 am, premises known as 285 Rudolf Road, Mineola, NY 11501, and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Incorporated Village of Mineola, Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York, and designated on the tax maps of the Nassau County Treasurer as Section 9, Block 258 and Lot 22.
The approximate amount of the current Judgment lien is $425,574.79 plus interest and costs. The premises will be sold subject to provisions of the aforesaid Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale; Index # 14709/2013.
