Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale, duly recorded on 11/22/2016, I, the undersigned Referee, will sell at public auction, in the Calendar Control Part (CCP) Courtroom of the Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Dr., Mineola, NY 11501 on 8/29/2017 at 11:30 am, premises known as 12 Ashland Avenue, New Hyde Park, NY 11040 and described as follows:
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in New Hyde Park, Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York and designated on the tax maps of the Nassau County Treasurer as Section 8, Block 171 and Lots 11-13.
The approximate amount of the current Judgment lien is $493,988.13 plus interest and costs. The premises will be sold subject to provisions of the aforesaid Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale; Index # 4445/2013.
