Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly filed on October 28, 2016, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the CCP (Calendar Control Part Courtroom) in the Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY on July 11, 2017 at 11:30 a.m., premises known as 7 Dunhill Road, Manhasset Hills, NY. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of North Hempstead, County of Nassau and State of New York, Section 8, Block 275 and Lot 124. Approximate amount of judgment is $1,211,351.46 plus interest and costs. Premises will be sold subject to provisions of filed Judgment Index # 018315/10.
