PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Incorporated Village of Lake Success Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at the Community Building, 318 Lakeville Road, Great Neck, New York, on August 14, 2017 at 7:30 PM regarding the enactment of the following amendments to the Lake Success Code:
1. Section 105-7 ‘Definitions’ — addition of definition of a flat roof
2. Section 105-12 ‘Garages’ — addition of a limitation of the depth of a garage beneath a dwelling
3. New Sections 105-331 et. seq. ‘Outdoor Lighting’ — regulation of exterior lighting fixtures, lamps or other artificial means of radiating light on private property
4. New Section 101-7.1 ‘Commercial Vehicles – Weights and Measures’ — regulation of size and weight of commercial vehicles traveling on Village roads
At the time and place aforesaid, all interested persons will have an opportunity to be heard.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the proposed local laws are available for inspection and copying at Village Hall during regular business hours.
