PUBLIC NOTICE
VILLAGE OF OLD WESTBURY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury will convene to hold a Board of Trustees public hearing at the Village Hall, 1 Store Hill Road, Old Westbury on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. to conduct the regular business of the Board, to consider the following application and any such other business that may come before the Board of Trustees.
1. Application of Old Westbury Hebrew Congregation – Article 216-111.2 – Modification of a special exception permit previously granted by Board of Trustees resolution, dated June 20, 2016 to extend the temporary permit granted for the outdoor patio area. The subject premises are shown on the Land and Tax Map of the County of Nassau as Section 10, Block C, Lots 1237 and 1240 also known as 21 Old Westbury Road.
