NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Board of the Incorporated Village of Old Westbury, NY will hold a Public Hearing at the Village Hall, 1 Store Hill Road, Old Westbury, on Monday, May 1, 2017 at 7:00 p.m.
1. Application of Rolu, LLC request for final subdivision approval of approximately 108.089 acres of property into twelve lots. The premises are shown on the Land and Tax Map of the County of Nassau as Section 17, Block 15, Lots 2, 3A and 3B, also known as 151 Post Road (continued)
2. Application of Majestic Estates LLC Request for site plan approval in order to permit construction of a proposed dwelling, circular driveway, front walkway rear patio and swimming pool. The premises are shown on the Land and Tax Map of the County of Nassau as Section 19, Block D, Lot 179, also known as 15 Wheatley Road
