PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Roslyn Estates on Wednesday, March 15, 2017, at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, to hear the following case:
Case #594, the Application of Allison and Jared Weitz, as owners with regard to the premises at 78 The Serpentine, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, also known as Section 7, Block 242, Lot 14, in R-12 Residential District, for variances from Village Code Section 200-32(C.), to construct a new addition to an existing single family home, which would result in an aggregate side yard of only 24.3’, where the minimum aggregate side yard is 35’.
At time and place of public hearing, all persons will be given opportunity to be heard. Individuals wishing to review file may do so during Village business hours.
