Moving to 5-0 with two wins last week, the Adelphi University men’s lacrosse climbed to the second spot in the latest United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Poll as announced
Limestone (8-0) continues to hold on to the top spot with 148 points and eight first place votes, while the Panthers lurk just six points back at 142 points, and two first place votes. NYIT (4-1) moves up one spot to three, despite last week’s loss to Limestone, behind 122 points, while Lake Erie (4-0) and LIU-Post (5-1) round out the top five with 116 and 105 points.
Adelphi returns to the field on Saturday, March 21 when they welcome No. 6 Merrimack College to Motamed Field for a 1:00 pm start.
