An alleged supermarket voyeur was arrested Sunday after reportedly taking video of a woman in the rest room at King Kullen in Manhasset, according to a Nassau County police report.

Michael Seghposs, a homeless 25-year old man from Whitestone, is facing charges of unlawful surveillance.

Police said the 58-year-old victim saw Seghposs video taping her from an adjacent bathroom stall by holding his cell phone under the partition.

Seghposs attempted to flee on foot, but was caught and held by store employees until police arrived, according to the report.

Seghposs pleaded guilty in October to charges of grand larceny and petty larceny at Nassau County Court.

Seghposs was also charged in December 2011 with misdemeanor criminal possession of marijuana in Queens. His case was adjourned in contemplation of dismissal with a hearing scheduled for December 2012, where the judge may throw out or prosecute the case depending on Seghposs’ conduct over the last year.

He was arraigned Monday at 1st District Court in North Hempstead.
