A Great Neck car dealer was named one of the best dealerships of the year based on reviews from an automotive website.
Biener Audi, located at 795 Northern Blvd., was named Dealer of the Year for 2015 by the website DealerRater.com, according to a release.
The award is based on reviews of customer service from dealerships all over the U.S. as well as Canada.
“I am so proud of how our dealership continues to outpace the industry in customer satisfaction,” said Biener Audi Vice President Andrew Weinstock in a statement. “Respect without compromise in every department is just part of our DNA.”
Reviewers go onto DealerRater.com and rate the dealerships they brought their cars into to get serviced, according to the release.
According to the review, Biener Audi scored in the top of its class for customer satisfaction.
The score a dealership is given is based on an algorithm that factors in the average rating of the dealership and the total number of reviews written about the dealership in the past year, according to the release.
There are more than 1.6 million dealer review on the website.
