Church defies Constitution on contraception

The Island Now

Surely, by this time, the principle and purpose of separation of church and state should be well understood by all. Currently, state has passed into law that contraception be equally available in the manner stated in the law. No more, no less.

Said law is not in favor for or against the use of contraception. State is not in any way required to have any considerations whether religious, moral or otherwise. To do so would be state influenced by church. Any religions, moral affiliated, sect, cults clans or whatever are left to manage their affairs on their own.

The law only requires that its mandates be ‘up and running.’

If a religion or whatever prohibits the use of contraception it is of course not a problem. The provisions of the law would never be used anyway. Right?

The result has been groups and individuals flying off the handle and creating a big ruckus. Ignorance attempting to reign supreme: plain old bullying. Church attempting to overthrow the state.

Those creating the ruckus should give consideration to how they appear to others and there are many others.

Nothing more need be said regarding this matter. Each group or individual must resolve this internally.
