East Williston Evening Book Club. This group will meet the 2nd Thursday of the month from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Library.  The next meeting is on April 14th.  They will be discussing “The Girls” by Lori Lansens which is available at the Library.  Please call 741-1213 or email us at ewpl@ewlibrary.org to register. . 

its Toddler Time. Come sing songs, listen to stories and play. This program is for children 18 months to 4 years.  Wednesdays  1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. April 5,13,27th and May 4 & 11th

Preschool Story Time. is an interactive story time at the library on Thursday mornings from 11:15 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. For Children ages 3 and up. Please sign up at the library.

toddler story time. features books, stories and songs at the library on Friday’s at 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Children ages 15 months to 3 years are welcome. Please sign up at the library.

Notary Service. is available at the Library free of charge. Please call ahead to check for avaialability.

Zumba. Zumba incorporates Latin rhythms and basic exercise moves to create an exhilarating and fun exercise. Pre-registration is required. Classes run Wednesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. To register call (516) 741 1213. Sign up costs are $10. 

arthritis foundation exercise program. Tuesday’s April 5 to May24th.  11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. $20 fee for 8 classes.  Exercises are performed seated or standing.  Participants work at their own level.

old westbury garden passes. Available to East Williston Library Patrons.  Each family pass (2 adults and children under 18 years of age) may be borrowed for a 3 day period. Passes may be reserved in advance.

East Williston Seniors. “Show and Tell Party” on Thursday, April 14th at 1:00 p.m..  Do you have a favorite hobby, an interesting souvenir, a nostalgic keepsake, or a story about East Williston you would like to share?  We would love to see and hear about it!  Light refreshments will be served!

American Museum of Natural History Passes. Available to East Williston Library Patrons.  Each pass may be borrowed for a 3 day period and is good for up to 6 people.  Patrons may reserve a pass by calling the library or stopping by in person

knitting classes. Learn to knit on Tuesday Evenings 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.  All you need to bring is knitting needles sizes 8-10, and light colored yarn.  Classes run April 5,12, 26 and May 3, 10, 17, 24, 31.
