Nasau County police said they are searching for the person who stole tires and rims from eight cars as part of an overnight heist last week, which cost a Great Neck car dealership more than $41,000 in merchandise.
Sometime between 6 p.m. last Friday and 8 a.m. on Saturday morning, an unidentified person removed the tires and rims from cars at the Biener Audi dealership at 795 Northern Boulevard, police said.
The investigation into the theft is ongoing, police said.
