Get ready for the Great Neck Park District’s HarvestFest 2013 on Oct. 14. From 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. the Village Green will be the center of festivities (on Middle Neck Road between Arrandale Avenue and Beach Road). Cosponsored by the Village of Great Neck, the park will be filled with pony rides, monkey motion, a petting zoo, food vendors, airbrush tattoos, arts and crafts, and much more. Admission is free and the event will take place rain or shine. In case of rain, limited activities will take place at Great Neck House.
