The Manhasset Art Association will host “The Colors of Summer” at the Manhasset Public Library, 30 Onderdonk Avenue in Manhasset, on Saturday, June 1.

The exhibit will run through Thursday, July 31, and will feature a variety of media, including photography.

Approximately 40 artists from the 110-member Manhasset Art Association are expected to participate. A reception open to the public is scheduled for Saturday, June 7, between the hours of 2 and $ p.m. This is a non-juried show.

Manhasset Art Association President Barbara Silbert says the organization is looking forward to exhibiting the member’s work at the Library.  “Our talented artists interpret their world, not just summer,  in oils, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, pencil, colored pencil, photography and monoprinting.”  Stop in and enjoy the many talents of the MAA.
