Two Nassau County teenagers who were reported missing early last week were found unharmed in central New Jersey last Thursday, police said Thursday.
Nassau County police said Galina Ferro, 16, of East Williston, and her boy friend Robert Adesso, 15, of Massapequa Park, were located Thursday morning in Readington, N.J., about 50 miles southwest of Manhattan. Police did not say how they ended up in Jersey or how they found out the teens’ location.
The two teens were being sought by police since they issued a Silver Alert on Tuesday. Adesso had last been seen Monday morning at Kellenberg High School in Uniondale. Police said Ferro had last been seen Monday as well.
