The body of a 22-year-old Great Neck woman who was reported missing on Friday was discovered Monday in Caumsett State Park in Huntington, Nassau County police said Tuesday.

Police said Stella Lee was found dead in a wooded area of the park at 2:30 p.m. by a state Department of Environmental Conservation officer.

An investigation of Lee’s death is continuing, police said, but detectives have determined no criminality was involved.

An alert was issued on Friday in which police said Lee was possibly suicidal.

Lee was last seen leaving her home at 3:27 a.m. Thursday morning in her white 2012 Honda.

New York State Park police said Caumsett staff members informed them Saturday that Lee’s vehicle had been in the parking lot for more than 24 hours.

Caumsett State Park had been closed since Saturday while authorities searched the area with the exception of the equestrian center and stables, which were opened Sunday for owners to tend to their horses.

Agencies that investigated the park include Suffolk and Nassau County police, state Department of Environmental Conservation police and forest rangers, state police, as well as various surrounding local fire departments.
