A Queens man was arrested on Friday for allegedly threatening to blow up police precincts in New York City and Nassau County.

Police said Richard Bolton, 30, told a Nassau County Communications 911 operator around 3:20 a.m. that he had a bomb and would blow up a precinct near 165th Street in Jamaica and then come to Nassau County to blow up other precincts.

Bolton, of 102-46 228th Street in Queens Village, allegedly told the operator he was upset after being written summonses in Queens, police said.

He was later arrested by Second Squad detectives and charged with making a terroristic threat.

Bolton was arraigned on Saturday at First District Court in Hempstead.
