The Great Neck Plaza Business Improvement District and Village of Great Neck Plaza announced last Wednesday the beginning of the Spring 2016 edition of “Restaurant Week.”

Beginning Sunday, April 24, nine of the village’s restaurants will be offering Prix Fixe dinners for $27.95.

The restaurants taking part in the week-long festivities ending on May 1 are ERA Asian Cuisine, Colbeh, Bareburger, LOLA, Mykonos Greek Cuisine, Elaine’s Asian Bistro, Great Neck Diner, Laverne’s of Great Neck and Brasserie Americana, according to a BID press release.

“Restaurant Week is a great opportunity to experience the wonderful food we have in the Plaza at affordable prices,” said Maria Coscia, programs manager of the BID. “Guests can choose from a variety of restaurants and try a different kind of cuisine each night of the week including Asian, Italian, American, Greek and Mediterranean.”

All restaurants participating in “Restaurant Week” are within walking distance of the Long Island Railroad’s Great Neck station, according to the release.

The release also said on-street parking, as well as municipal parking fields and parking garages, will be available for customers.

The friendly atmosphere of Great Neck Plaza is the perfect setting to enjoy the best of North Shore dining,” BID Executive Director Ron Edelson said.
