Fifty-five Roslyn students in grades seven to 11 from the middle school and high school won medals at the Long Island Math Fair at Hofstra University on April 26. They competed against more than 900 students from several dozen schools across Long Island.
Medal winners from Roslyn High School were: Gold: Samantha Goldschmid, Mahip Grewal, Chloe Kaplan, Alan Louis, Ludia Ock, Samantha Wiebe. Silver: Anna Ben-Levy, Daniel Chai, Taylor Freeman, Daniel Friedfeld Gebaide, Hannah Kreisberg, Justin Li, Rachel Mintz, Andrew Penner, Alexa Silver, Nathan Yang.
