Authorities have arrested a Manhattan woman who they say tried to withdraw cash in Greenvale using a forged driver’s license and credit card.

Kathleen S. Morrison, 54, faces two counts of 2nd degree possession of a forged instrument as well as charges of 2nd degree forgery, 1st degree identity theft and 4th degree grand larceny.

Morrison was arrested at 5:10 p.m. Tuesday after she entered the Wells Fargo Bank at 9 Northern Boulevard and presented what Nassau County Police later discovered was a forged California driver’s license and forged Capital One credit card to the teller.

During the transaction, police said Morrison signed a withdrawal slip in the victim’s name to withdraw money from the account.

Police said Morrison also withdrew $2,500 using the forged license and credit card from a Wells Fargo Bank in Garden City Park.

The money has not yet been recovered, police said.

Morrison was due to be arraigned Wednesday in First District Court in Hempstead.
