I am writing to endorse Elizabeth Berney, who is running for Nassau County 3rd District Court Judge, in the upcoming election.
Over the last two years, I have had the opportunity to work alongside Liz in connection with several significant legal matters involving complex issues. Her keen attention to detail, dedication to the client, work ethic and gift as a writer are evident in all of the work she produces.
As a young attorney, it has been a great learning experience to collaborate with Liz. I believe that she will draw on these talents to serve the people of Nassau County as a model jurist, and we will be lucky to have someone with her legal acumen and innate sense of fairness on the bench.
