Old Fashioned customer service is alive and well in Williston Park.
I went to Framing Mantis on Hillside Avenue to enlarge and frame a very sweet picture of my parents from the early 1950’s. Aiden at Framing Mantis suggested I see Stephan Parmett at Minuteman Press a few block west for the picture itself. I did. Wow! Stephan was kind, helpful and after a few attempts to copy and enlarge the photo, he pointed me in another direction that would better serve my purpose. He gave me the attempts, wished me well and thanked me for coming in. Here, customer service is not a lost art. Thank you.
