Readers Write: Insufficient proof to prompt U.S. military attacks on Syria

The Island Now

In regards to the calls for military attack against Syria because of the alleged gas attack by the Assad government, what happened to our rule of law, innocent until proven guilty?

If our government had proof, not supplied by the so-called rebels/religious racists, that shows us gas was used there in Syria years ago. Nobody made a big deal about it. It was only the Kurds.

Seems like the rebels have found out how to create a problem for Assad.

More to the point what about the attack on the Christians by these rebels. They are blaming the Christians for all of their defeats.

The rebellion there in Syria is nothing more that a Shiite vs. Sunni fight to the death. The by-product is to kill Christians and drive them out of Syria.

Just look at the rest of the Muslim world. They are all attacking Christians now that the dictators are gone.

The Muslims did it to the Jews now it is the Christians turn.

Looks like they are taking pages from Hitler and the Nazis.
