The problem with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin is that we don’t have Ronald Reagan to defeat him and his aggressive policy against his neighbors.
President Barack Obama is no Ronald Reagan who meant what he said and said what he meant. The old evil empire is on the rise again with the powers in the Kremlin who desire a return to the old ways of the Cold War.
President Ronald Reagan was a great American and a patriot and was committed to making America a better place and ensuring the world a safer place to live.
The powers in the Kremlin are on the move and seek to control what is not theirs to control.
President Vladimir Putin is out to disturb the geopolitical spheres of influence and change the secure boundaries of his neighbors. The annexation of the Crimea is in direct opposition to international law.
Now they have their powerful military on the borders of the Ukraine for reasons that leave much to be desired.
All this brings to mind the memories of President Ronald Reagan who would not have stood for this aggression.
Reagan had remembered the aggression of Adolf Hitler who took more and more until death and destruction forced the allies into a war to end such evil.
Ronald Reagan was committed to freedom and justice for all.
As such Ronald Reagan must be looking down with tears in his eyes saying,” Tell me it isn’t so ! “
