My family have been residents of Williston Park since 1980. We have loved all our village has had to offer us over the years.
I have been given the gift of watching my two beautiful granddaughters while my son and his wife work, and brought them to the summer reading kickoff at the Williston Park Library.
I can’t say enough how much fun everyone was having.
The library staff went all out this year, and the girls are still talking about what a great time they had! In these times of fiscal crises and cutbacks, I was so pleased that the village went all out for our children this year.
Thank you to the mayor and the library staff for this special treat. I am thankful every day for being so lucky to live in Williston Park.
