Brunell’s former home sits on 1.58 acres within the Manhasset school district and has four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
Real estate agent Patricia Gahan Moroney said the home boasts an impressive entryway with a dramatic staircase.
The living room and formal dining room both have fire places, and a large sunroom runs along the back of the home. Moroney said the current homeowners have restored the home as well as add a mudroom to the home in keeping with the history of the 1902 home.
The three-story Plandome home at 15 Middle Drive has five fireplaces across the property, including in the master suite and banquet-sized dining room.
Listing agent Shelley Scotto said the large eat-in kitchen is well lit, and the grand entry is covered in mahogany wainscoting. The property also houses a double staircase with the original banisters and an original telephone booth in the entry.
