AGATE’s annual meet the candidates to be held Wednesday, May 27, at 7:30 pm

AGATE of Port Washington invites members, parents, and all members of the Port Washington community to join us on Wednesday, May 27 at 7:30 pm for a virtual forum with this year’s Board of Trustee candidates: Adam Block, Julie Epstein, Rachel Gilliar (incumbent) and Chris Nadolne.

These candidates are running for two seats, and the winners will begin three-year terms on July 1, 2020. Please submit questions in advance to co-presidents@agatepw.org. Go to https://agatepw.com to find a link for the forum.

AGATE’s “Meet the Candidates” night is an annual event.

AGATE is a home-school association within the Port Washington School District that works with parents, teachers, administrators and other organizations to advocate for the unique needs of diverse gifted students and other advanced learners from pre-kindergarten through graduation.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s Budget and Trustee Election will be conducted by mail-in ballot only. Ballots will be mailed to every registered voter in the Port Washington School District on May 26.
