Joseph Brown, Long Island regional director of the New York State Department of Transportation, came to meet with Assemblyman Anthony D’Urso in his District Office to discuss their five-year plans to maintain state roads in the 16th Assembly District.

Brown and members of his staff assured D’Urso that repaving Port Washington Boulevard is a top priority. Northern State Parkway will also be repaved from the city line up to the Meadowbrook Parkway. This project includes repaving the exit and entrance ramps.

“The maintenance of our roads is essential. Joe Brown and his entire team have been very responsive to the needs of our community,” said D’Urso.
