The next meeting of the AARP North Hempstead Volunteer Team will take place at noon on Aug. 15 at the Hillside Library located at 155 Lakeville Rd., New Hyde Park in the second floor meeting room. Status of scheduled events and reports of recent events will be presented, and new initiatives and programs will be discussed.
AARP of North Hempstead is always looking for new members. The group welcomes anyone thinking about making a contribution to the 50+ and general community through volunteer work to learn more by attending any of our monthly meetings without any obligation.
