On Sunday, May 5, Assemblyman Anthony D’Urso helped kick off the annual Helen Keller Run/Walk held at the Sands Point Preserve. The run/walk benefits Helen Keller Services, which provides services for deaf-blind youth and adults.
“The Helen Keller National Center for Deaf-Blind Youths and Adults provides many services and much needed programs and resources to our deaf-blind population and I am proud to have them and their headquarters in my district,” said D’Urso.
