Assemblyman Anthony D’Urso honored five members of the Manhasset Girl Scouts, who were presented with the Gold Award, the highest and most prestigious award in the Girl Scouts. The event, held at Shelter Rock Elementary School, honored Samiah Davis, Stephanie Mahler, Fiona Pilch, Alexis Powers and Giuliana Stein. Not pictured are Sarah Chan, Ella Malysa, Julua Otruba and Charlotte Ryan.
“These young women have demonstrated their commitment to their community and I congratulate them on their hard work and dedication. They have been recognized with the highest and most prestigious award the Girl Scouts could give and have earned a place in this distinguished organization,” said D’Urso.
