Gold Coast Arts Center offers a variety of art-related activities to keep kids busy when school is not in session

Celebrate the school Holiday Recess with an all-day creative program offered at the Gold Coast Arts Center in Great Neck. Gold Coast Arts Center is again offering its highly popular VacationArts program on no-school days for children in pre-K through seventh grade.

This year’s holiday program is on December 26, 27 and 30 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Children can attend on one or more of these days and participate in fun and educational activities, including art, music, chess, acting, dance, and the all-popular edible art all of which are taught by great teachers. Each day of VacationArts is full of activities offered in a creative space. Children leave the Arts Center each day feeling happy, confident, and accomplished.

“VacationArts is a terrific opportunity for children to experience every aspect of creativity, including art, dance and theatre,” says Ellen Schiff, Director, School for the Arts.

The program takes place at the Gold Coast Arts Center, 113 Middle Neck Road in Great Neck. The affordable tuition includes a nut-free snack and a full lunch while offering optimal flexibility for parents. VacationArts is also available during Winter Recess in February and Spring Recess in April. Gold Coast Arts Center’s members get special pricing!
