Gun Violence and The RED FLAG LAW and You

ERPO, The Extreme Risk Protection Order, also known as the Red Flag Law, just passed in the New York State Legislature. The law allows for the removal of guns from the home of a person considered to be a danger to him/herself or others when decided by a judge after a hearing.

You will hear from the experts about how to use the Red Flag Law and other tools to make our schools and communities safe from gun violence.
