New exhibit captures landscapes — from coastal to urban

Art lovers attended a reception to kick off the Gold Coast Art Center’s new exhibit, Landscapes: Coastal to Urban on Sunday, May 19. The exhibit of paintings, collage and photography illustrating each artist’s personal view of cityscapes, tropical, rural, water and landscapes, is open to the public and on display through Aug. 2.

The Gallery at the Gold Coast Arts Center is located at 113 Middle Neck Road in Great Neck. Admission is free to visitors throughout the week. Group or individual tours are available, but must be scheduled. For more information, call 516-829-2570.
