As Nassau County feels the effects of Tropical Storm Isaias, Nassau Inter-County Express/NICE Bus urges riders to prepare for possible service delays and disruptions this afternoon through early tomorrow.
The storm is expected to include high winds, heavy rains, low visibility, flooding, and downed trees and wires, all of which can impact driving conditions. All riders should expect systemwide delays, plan extra time for their commutes, and check with NICE Bus for service updates. A service suspension is possible in any area if travel becomes more difficult and hazardous. As always, passenger and employee safety will remain the top priority for NICE Bus.
