Phillips presented an “Award of Excellence” to Howard Kroplick and David Black for the Sid Jacobson Jewish JCC’s Young Onset Dementia Program.

“The Sid Jacobson JCC continues to support our communities through programs that encourage physical, emotional and spiritual health,” Phillips said. “It was truly an honor to present the JCC with an ‘Award of Excellence’ for its Young Onset Dementia program that provides physical, intellectual and social stimulation to those in their 30s, 40s and 50s. Thank you to the UJA-Federation for inviting me to attend this year’s reception, and congratulations to Howard and David and all the other honorees.”
