Buckley Country Day School is proud to announce that Plandome resident Gary Tickle has been named to its Board of Trustees.
Tickle is currently the CEO of Hain Celestial, North America — a leading natural and organic food company based in Lake Success.
He is an Australian by birth and a dual citizen of Australia and New Zealand. Tickle has over two decades of diverse experience in the consumer packaged goods industry across the globe.
He was previously with Nestle, as CEO of Nestle New Zealand, regional business head of South Asia based in India, and Global Strategic Business Unit Head based in Switzerland, before coming to the US to be President and CEO of Nestle Nutrition North America.
Over the course of his career, Tickle has held a number of board positions including Chairman of the Board of the Infant Nutrition Council of America and vice chair of the Food and Grocery Council of New Zealand.
He holds an MBA from Deakin University in Australia, a BBus in Operations Management, and post-graduate degree in Finance.
In his travels, Tickle has furthered his education at London Business School and IMD, Switzerland. He and his wife, Megan, have two children.
