Nourish Grow Bloom was founded by Susan Cavounis and Linda Chondrogiannis, to build a community of health seekers and a platform where we can educate, support and collaborate together to bring about the greatest improvements in all aspects of life (mind, body and spirit).

On Nov. 5 our inaugural Pop Up Food Lab took place at the Roslyn Salt Cave and it was just the perfect combination of this mission!

Chef Misha Hyman, founder of The Health Warrior Project, joined us at the Roslyn Salt Cave, as we enjoyed a farm to table meal prepared with love for 25 eager participants from the surrounding community.

The discussion was lively and centered around how communal, wholesome and delicious meals are at the cornerstone of healing a very toxic lifestyle. Getting back to a time long gone when home cooking was the staple and sitting around the dining room table each night was expected.

To end the night everyone gathered in the Cave, breathing in the healing elements of six tons of Himalayan Salt while relaxing with Gong Sound Energy Healing performed by Kundalini Karissa.  Most felt the effects of the euphoric experience days later…it was magical.

Stay tuned as this will be a continued collaboration that you don’t want to miss out on.
