In preparation for Rosh Hashanah, Temple Isaiah invites the community to an open house workshop on Sunday, Aug. 25 from 2 to 4 p.m.
Meet the members, Rabbi and Cantor for an afternoon of fun and learning. Enjoy a demo of Shofar blowing by Rabbi Jerry Blum, make a fancy apple with creamy honey dip, and take home your own chai bookmark, made in a fun workshop, for your holiday prayerbooks.
While you’re there, ask about Temple Isaiah’s adult Jewish learning, movie, music and art programs, and tour the skylight sanctuary.
