The partnership unites the leading Five Towns community brokerage that commands 25 percent market share with Compass, which is building an end-to-end real estate technology platform.

V.I. Properties has transacted close to $1.5B in real estate.
The partnership comes at a time when technology is disrupting the real estate industry and Compass is leading the way. Recently, the company introduced Compass Lens, an AI-powered tool that allows homeowners to envision what homes would look like with cosmetic upgrades to maximize the homes’ value.
In addition to technology, clients of V.I. Properties will also benefit from Compass Concierge, a program that covers upfront costs of home improvement services such as roofing repairs, painting, moving, and storage costs. The program makes it easier for sellers to update their homes to secure the best deals possible.
