INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF LAKE SUCCESS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT the Board of Trustees, at a remote public hearing held via the Zoom App on April 20th, 2020, adopted the budget for the Incorporated Village of Lake Success, Nassau County, New York, for the fiscal year June 1, 2020 through May 31, 2021 and it is available for public inspection on the Village’s website at www.villageoflakesuccess.com.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that due to public health and safety concerns related to the COVID-19 Pandemic, Village Hall is not open to the public. In accordance with Governor Cuomo’s Executive Order 202.1, the Village has limited Village Office Hours and public access to Village facilities to adhere to state-mandated social distancing to limit the spread of the virus. Accordingly, the 2020-21 Village Budget will not be available for inspection at Village Hall.
