Ladurée, which touts itself as being the inventor of the macaron, has a carriage perched in Americana Manhasset’s Hirshleifers for the holidays selling boxes of the French pastries.

The pink cart offers boxes of six, eight, 12 or 24 macarons ranging from $21 to $73.

“It’s cute and kind of makes you stop,” a company marketing representative said. “People recognize the brand.”

Ladurée opened its Madison Avenue shop in 2011, and has since opened a restaurant in Soho as well as locations in Miami, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles and Canada.

“We plan to just keep growing and finding partnerships and ways that we can work with other brands in exciting ways,” the company representative said. “Everybody loves Ladurée. We get that a lot.”

The pop-up will be at Hirshleifers through the holiday season, she said.
