Adult education classes available to Roslyn, Herricks, and East Williston residents

The Island Now

The Roslyn Adult Education program is offering a number of virtual classes relating to financial planning this fall. Medicare Made Easy gives a better understanding of Medicare and its components (A, B, C, D), answers questions about when to sign up, and the difference between plans—including changes for 2022. Keep the Income Flowing in Retirement teaches effective retirement income strategies, and Planning for your Child with Special Needs examines aspects that need to be considered in developing a life plan for the long-term well-being of children with special needs.

Registration for the 2021 Fall Adult Education Program is open to all residents of the Roslyn, Herricks, and East Williston school districts. All classes will be held via Zoom. Catalogs have been mailed to the community and are available online at www.roslynschools.org under the Community/Adult Education tab. Registration is by mail, fax, or online only. There is no in-person or phone registration. To register online, visit the Adult Education Web Store: https://RoslynSchools.Revtrak.net. It accepts Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and e-checks.
